Brian Champagne inspected the home that I ultimately bought. This was my third home purchase, so I was familiar with the level of service provided by most home inspectors. Brian does exactly what you would want in terms of an inspection. He spends several hours going through the house inside and out, and finds all the things that you or I would easily miss. His great work prevented my wife and I from buying two homes that would of become easy money pits based on the amount of damage he uncovered. I am grateful for all his hard work and dedication. I was told that out of 5 inspectors he was the only one to detected a gas leak in the home she bought.
She also said that he was thorough, Brian did not fall short of this. Not only was he available immediately but he took time to explain everything to me.
